Project 5

Harmanbuild completed the design, planning, demolition
and construction to renovate and extend a run down 19th century
public house, (previously a piggery) into a smart upmarket,
air conditioned, and comfortable bistro style pub and a new 70 seater
themed restaurant, Bespoke kitchens, cellars and storage areas
provide for practical, safe and efficient working. Complete with state
of the art CCTV, sound, lighting, air flow and heating systems;
the premises now offer a unique customer
experience to high specification.

The quality and ambience was achieved by the Harmanbuild team
of craftsmen, through innovation, skill, and attention to detail.

The project took three months to gut and renovate the
three storey public house before reopening, with work
continuing on the adjacent restaurant and outbuildings which
opened 16 weeks later on schedule.
